I had a very good experience with this practice. From the personnel at the front to Dr. Paul, I was treated well by everyone. Because it is a busy practice there was quite a wait at times, but that was understandable, a lot of people wanted to be treated there.
Very apparent to me that this office does not care much about their patients.
Guy is nice but before you let him cut you try real hard to find the root of your pain. Doctor just said "gentics" was cause of herniated disc. Real cause was Scoliosis but doctor was too lazy to check. Did surgery but of course ended up in same boat cause the cause of the problem wasn't fixed! Now I also have bone spurs cause the problem wasn't caught until years down the road. Your better off going to a doctor who is through. Not just write you off.
Today I was there for a 10AM appointment. It got to be 10:30....11:00...11:30 and no one from the staff felt it necessary to let me know how much longer I would have to wait. Approached the counter and inquired if it was normal having to wait 1.5 or more hours to see the doctor. After a dirty look I was told that he was late to the office, but not another single word. I asked how much longer I might have to wait and was told that they had no idea. Well, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, more? They could not tell me. No word about sorry it takes so long, no explanation, just ignorance. Told the office staff of my disappointment with their service and ask to have my completed paper work returned. Answer: sure no problem...here you go.....
My first experience with this doctor. Last week's appointment as cancelled because the doctor called in sick. Got the call on my way to his office. A little late because I already made arrangements for the time I needed to visit the office.
